CANCELLATION POLICY
My goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, I have had to implement an appointment / cancellation policy. Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment, procedure or treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Providing less than 24 hours notice will require you to pay a 50% cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will not be serviced and will be charged 50% fee. NO CALL NO SHOWS Will be charged 100% of the service . I respect your time so please respect mine. When booking your service you will be required a nonrefundable deposit and add a card on file.
